G7th Newport 12 strings capo chrome

The G7th Newport 12 String capo is specifically designed for 12 string acoustic and electric* guitars and combines a flip-lever action, a low-profile shape that does not get in the way of your fretting hand and patented Compensated String Pad^TM.

The Compensated String Pad^TM allows all 12 strings to fret at the same time and under the same tension, dramatically reducing tuning problems whilst fretting all 12 strings securely and accurately.

*Not suitable for Rickenbacker 12 string guitars due to the reversed octave string positions.

Quick-release

Improving on existing quick release designs, the Newport flip lever allows you to attach and remove the capo easily and to adjust the tension while in place on the guitar neck.

Compensated String Pad^TM

Patented Compensated String Pad^TM allows you to fret all 12 strings at the same time and with the same tension by compensating for the different gauges of strings using carefully designed ridges in the silicone string pad.
