We give extra 3% value credit after all new items purchase thru our webstore, the credits will be collected on your registered virtual account on the Stageshop webshop.
Is the 3% credit valid for all online purchase?
The 3% credit is valid and applied for only new item purchase. The purchase of used guitars or any other second-hand items the credit won't be applied on your account
When can I use my credit?
The credit value acquired through the purchase can be used no sooner than 20 days after the date of purchase and is available to you for 90 days. Of course, you don't have to use the acquired credit on your next purchase, you can also collect additional credits, just make sure that you must use all credits within 90 days at the latest! If you do not use it, the credit will expire within 90 days and will be automatically deleted from your virtual account. In your Stageshop account, you can find information about the status of acquired and used credits in the settings menu on the My Credits page, where you can also view the expiration date of each credit received after each purchase.
How to use my credits?
If you already have acquired credits from your previous purchases, they are stored in your virtual account. When you make another purchase through our online store, your usable credits will appear on the Check Out page, which you can use before paying. If you use your credits completely or even partially, the used credit value will be deducted before paying for the purchase, so you will pay the total amount reduced by the redeemed credit value for the current purchase.
Do I receive credit after my purchase, in which I used previously acquired credit?
Yes, after each new product purchase, we add the credit value to your virtual account, regardless of whether or not you used credit from previous purchases to pay for the purchase.
