The Gibson Firebird line went on sale in mid-1963 with four models distinguished by pickup and tailpiece configurations. "Reverse" body Firebirds were first reissued in 1972. Our Firebird VII Custom was in production between 1991-1993. It is very rare to find it with Tune-o-matic bridge and tailpiece. The Firebird VII has 3 pickups, gold plated hardware, block fingerboard inlays. We inspected the guitar carefully and know more details inside. It seems this Firebird VII had original Blue Sparkle finish, and it has been refinished to pearl white by some professional workshop. The pickguard is not original. Anyway the guitar is in very good player condition and it looks excellent. If you need more detailed photos then don't hesitate to contact us!
